n order to complete this task you need to choose a manager, preferably of top level, that you have an interest in (or the company he/she runs or used to run), who could be either alive or dead and about whom there a lot of public records (interviews, articles etc.) available. For Russian managers you can refer to Vedomosti, Kommersant, Expert and other similar business-oriented magazines and news outlets, for foreign – Bloombers, BBC etc.
After having studied the persona you chose, write an essay 2-3 pages long with the following parameters: page size: A4, font: Times New Roman, font size: 12, 1.5 interval, standard fields.

2) What roles according to Henry Mintzberg the person you study employs the most? Why do you think so? Provide link to source material.
3) What kind of behavior the person you study typically exhibits in conflicts (according to Thomas-Kilmann model)? Why do you think so? Provide link to source material.
